This Privacy Policy explains how Heidy Adams of Heidy Adams Realty, a real estate agent licensed in California (DRE #02239837) affiliated with eXp Realty of Northern California, Inc. (DRE #02188495), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit heidyadams.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. "We," "us," and "our" refer to Heidy Adams Realty.

  • Our brokerage: eXp Realty of Northern California, Inc. may have access to client and lead information as required for supervision and record keeping.
  • Service providers: companies that help us run the Site and our business, such as website hosting (Squarespace), our listing search / IDX provider (IDX Broker by Elm Street Technology), our email and text messaging platforms, and analytics and advertising providers (such as Google and Meta). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Parties to your transaction: with your permission, we may share information with lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors, other agents, and similar professionals involved in your purchase or sale.
  • Legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or licensing authorities, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
  • Business changes: if our business is transferred or reorganized, your information may be transferred as part of that change.

Text messaging: Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent collected through this Site will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text message data is shared only with the service providers that help us deliver messages.

Listing information on this Site is provided by MetroList Services, Inc. through our IDX provider. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. When you search, save, or request information about listings, that activity may be recorded so we can send you relevant properties and follow up on your request.

7. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we share it with.
  • Request a copy of your personal information.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
  • Ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal and licensing record-keeping exceptions.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website, email, or text system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or bank account details through Site forms.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in California). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
